Before entering real estate, Jeff built an accomplished career in the manufacturing industry, serving as Plant Manager, General Manager, Engineering Manager, and Sales Manager. His leadership and problem-solving skills earned recognition, including a Top 10 Supplier Award from General Electric, and opportunities as a conference speaker and trainer. These experiences strengthened his ability to manage complex projects, communicate clearly, and deliver results, skills that now serve his real estate clients every day.

Today, Jeff devotes his full-time energy to aviation real estate, waterfront homes, and luxury properties in East Tennessee. His engineering background gives him a unique eye for detail, while his management experience ensures that clients benefit from professionalism, organization, and strong advocacy.
